When flute meets guitar, magic happens
On a beautiful August evening, Algorythm experienced pure magic — all thanks to Bryden-Parth. The duo, along with The Choral Riff, tantalised the crowd by putting up a spectacular show on 3rd August at Forum Shantiniketan. The venue was lit up by the band’s high-energy performance and the sound of people singing to their tunes in unison.
Bryden Lewis and Parth Chandiramani officially began their musical journey in 2015 with the launch of their very own YouTube channel. These two musicians hailed from two completely different worlds, but met in 2011 while touring for Raghu Dixit’s project. Since then, they’ve taken over the cross-genre music scene in India with their soulful sound. Both of them created waves online with their covers on popular Bollywood music and went on to establish The Choral Riff, a choir group comprising of some of the best voices of the country.
From playing covers of well-known Bollywood songs to producing their very own music — the band has evolved greatly since 2015. Not only did they perform popular numbers like O Hum Dum Soniyo Re and Chogada Tara, but they also played their original compositions at the concert. In addition, they put up a few theatrical acts along with The Choral Riff to engage with the audience. The show was a tribute to their all-time favourite songs and the artists who inspired them to pursue music.
Thousands of Bryden-Parth fans attended the event and the concert received a tremendous amount of appreciation!Watch the concert here:
