1. Forum Fashion Flip is an exclusive event hosted by Forum in association with the JD Institute of Fashion.
2. Participants have to share their details via a questionnaire with the fashion consultants prior to their sessions for a smooth consultation.
3. Participation is exclusively through registration, with only 1-2 participants being chosen for a personalized makeover by our professional stylist.
4. Our fashion consultants will be available by appointment every Friday and Saturday between 1st Nov to 31st Dec, 2023, from 12:00 pm to 6:00 pm.
5. The lucky draw will determine a single participant who can engage with our fashion consultants during the designated sessions.
6. Participants are kindly requested to share their contact information with the fashion consultants for promotional purposes within the mall.
7. Please note that no apparel, accessories, or footwear suggested or tried during the consultation will be provided as gifts by the mall management team or the brand team.
8. If customers wish to make a purchase of any apparel, accessories, or footwear, they will need to cover the expenses themselves.
9. All sessions will be conducted at the Forum Fashion Flip style corner, thoughtfully designed by Forum South Bangalore, located on the ground floor.
10. If participants are unable to attend their scheduled consultation slot, we kindly request that they inform our team in advance.
11. Following the styling sessions, a photoshoot will be arranged to create a lookbook and for record-keeping, with due credit given to the participating brands.
12. Mall Management, retail employees, third-party agency staff, associates or partners, and their families cannot take part in this promotional activity.
13. The Mall Management reserves the right to terminate the campaign, make modifications, or alter the terms of this promotional activity without prior notice.
