1. Forum Rewards Offer is valid on purchases made above Rs. 20,000, between 1st Nov and 31st Dec, 2023 at Forum South
Bangalore, during business hours, i.e., between 11:00 a.m. and 10:00 p.m.
2. Offer 1: Shop for Rs.20,000 & above and get valuable Gift Vouchers. Note: Bills from the Electronic & Jewelry category, I.e., Purchase of Mobiles, TV, Refrigerator, or any other electronic product or jewelry will not be considered or be eligible to claim gifts for above mentioned slab.
3. Offer 2: Shop for Rs.1,00,000 & above and get electric gadgets. Note: Only electronic category invoices will be considered for the above slab.
4. Multiple bills adding up to Rs. 20,000 or Rs. 1,00,000 meeting the above criteria are accepted.
5. One Customer One Gift, i.e. Multiple gifts will not be issued to a single customer.
6. Customers are requested to check the gift on the spot for any defect or damage. Forum South Bangalore will not be held responsible for any damage/ warranty/ guarantee of the product once handed over to the customer.
7. Customers are kindly requested to settle their invoices promptly within the same day during regular business hours.
8. To avail the offer, customers will have to present their invoice at the information desk/Forum Reward desk along with a valid name, email address, phone number, DOB, bill details, date of purchase, and valid ID issued by the Government of India.
9. Rewards and gifts issued cannot be exchanged for cash or replaced if lost.
10. No two offers (like Forum Gold Rush, Forum Shop & Shine, Forum Funville) except Forum Bumper Bonanza can be clubbed together.
11. Participation in such a promotional scheme is purely voluntary and not binding on any individual.
12. Mall Management, retail employees, third-party agency staff, associates or partners, and their families cannot take part in this promotional activity.
13. The Mall Management may request participants for photographs, testimonials, and feedback, and shall reserve the right to publish the same.
14. In case of a shortage of gifts, the management shall issue a ‘Credit Gift Note,’ and customers may collect the gift later.
15. The Mall Management reserves all rights to terminate the campaign, modify, or change the terms of this promotional activity without prior information. In case of any dispute, the decision of mall management will be final and binding on all parties.
