• The Forum Rewards Offer is valid between 01st Feb 2025 – 28th Feb 2025 during business hours, i.e., between 11:00 a.m. and 10:00 p.m. at Forum South Bengaluru.
• Shopping Amount & Rewards Conditions:
  • Shop for Rs 10,000 or above (Single bill) - Couple Entertainment Voucher (Jewellery, Electronics, Watches, Home Centre, and Hypermarket bills not acceptable).
  • Shop for Rs 25,000 or above (Multiple bills) - Self-care goodie worth Rs. 2K (Jewellery and Electronics category bills not acceptable).
  • Shop for Rs 1,00,000 or above (Multiple bills) - 50 gms silver coin (Jewellery category bills not accepted).
• This offer is not valid on Company orders/Institutional/bulk orders.
• One customer can avail of one gift only; multiple gifts will not be issued to a single customer.
• Customers must check their gifts on the spot. Forum South Bengaluru is not responsible for any damage/warranty/guarantee after issuance.
• Invoices must be settled on the same day during business hours.
• To redeem the offer, customers must submit their invoices at the information desk along with personal details and a valid Government ID.
• Rewards and gifts cannot be exchanged for cash or replaced if lost.
• No two offers (Forum Rewards & WOW Wednesdays) can be clubbed together.
• Participation in the promotional scheme is voluntary.
• Mall employees, agency staff, and associates are not eligible.
• Mall Management reserves the right to request participant feedback and publish it.
• In case of a shortage of gifts, a 'Credit Gift Note' will be issued, and customers must collect the gift within 30 working days.
• The mall management holds no responsibility for any delays, disruptions, or dissatisfaction.
