The Prestige Group brought the vision of bringing modern retail to India in the new millennium to reality by establishing the first high-end mall in the country in 2004.
It all started with an idea
Founded in 1986, the Prestige Group has diversified itself across various services in its sector and has imprinted its mark across various asset classes. The Prestige Group has become a name that is synonymous with innovation in today’s India.
Having pioneered many landmark developments and introduced many firsts to South India over the past two decades. Prestige group has redefined real estate in India and has established itself as one of the leading developers in the country.
The company has completed 210 projects covering over 80 million sq ft. The projects are spread across major cities in the country – Bangalore, Delhi, Ahmedabad, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kochi, Mysore, Mangalore and Goa.
Carrying the legacy forward, Forum Malls have hosted and continue to host, over 2500 retailers. Forum has a vision of having over 25 malls, 5000 retailers and over 15 million sq. ft. of retail space by 2025.

As the Co-Founder of Prestige Estates Projects Ltd., Mr. Rezwan Razack brings in over four decades of experience in the business of property development. Mr. Razack is the Managing Director of the Prestige Group, India’s leading property developer, where he has played a pivotal role in taking the Company to its present level.

Mr. Noaman Razack
Mr. Noaman Razack’s name is synonymous with the Prestige retail endeavour. As Director, Prestige Group, and the youngest son of the founder, the Late Mr. Razack Sattar, he leads the activities of the Group’s retail vertical. This comprises the world-class mall network that Prestige creates, establishes and directs, a process he oversees in its entirety. It includes the three Prestige Forums in Bangalore, one each in Chennai, Hyderabad, Mysore and Mangalore. Prestige also has to its credit Bengaluru’s landmark luxury mall UB City.

Mr. V. Muhammed Ali
As the Chief Executive Officer leading Prestige Retail Ventures Pvt Ltd, he was pivotal in launching the very first organized and functional mall of the country in 2004 – The Forum Koramangala – a mall that went on to redefine the shopping experience – with a state-of-the-art 9-screen multiplex, the best of fashion brands and anchors, a 12-kitchen and 700-seater food court and so on.
